Return and Refund Policy
At Luna and Lamb Studios, we strive to ensure
that every piece of art you receive is crafted with care and attention to
detail. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we're here
to assist you if any concerns arise.
Custom Orders:
Please note that all custom orders, including personalised pet figurines,
commissioned pieces, and bespoke creations, are final sale. As these items are
specifically made to your request, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on
custom orders.
General Purchases:
Replacements and refunds are only available on faulty items, not for change of
mind on purchase. All items are inspected before shipping, however if you are
not satisfied with the condition of a non-custom product, we kindly ask that
you contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will
address any concerns you may have and are happy to assist with a resolution,
whether it’s a replacement or store credit. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, we
are unable to process returns or refunds.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of
receiving the product with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a
replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
