Pre-Made Pieces
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be fulfilled, as some pieces
are made to order. We always strive to minimise this time.

Custom Pieces
Processing times vary based on the complexity of the piece. Please refer
to the Turnaround Time tab on each custom product page for specific
timelines.

Shipping Costs & Times

Australia

Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $10.00

Express Shipping (1–4 business days): $16.00

Express Shipping over $200: FREE

Rest of the World

Standard Shipping (6 to 27 business days): $20.00

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Parcels

Luna and Lamb Studios will NOT be held accountable for parcels that are lost, delayed, or missing.

This includes issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout. Please double-check your details before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
