All pieces are hand-made and will vary slightly. If cared for in the proper manner, all pieces should last.

General Tips:

• For all items, we recommend storing them in a safe place to avoid accidental damage, particularly if you have children or pets.
• Always follow the specific care instructions provided for each individual product type to ensure it stays in the best condition possible.

Polymer Clay Pieces:

• Polymer clay pieces are durable, but please avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on them to prevent damage.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe the item clean.
• Keep away from extreme temperatures, as polymer clay can become brittle under intense cold or heat.

Paintings (oil and acrylic):

• Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry area with stable temperature and humidity levels to prevent warping, fading, and mould growth.
• Frame your piece securely to avoid unnecessary movement or handling. If you need to move your painting, always do so with care.
• To clean dust carefully with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Avoid using any liquids, as water and cleaning agents can damage the paint. If required, seek professional cleaning services for more thorough care.

Prints and Drawings:

• Please keep your prints and drawings in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• It is recommended that if framed, use glass or acrylic with UV protection to ensure the pieces retain their vibrancy.
• Handle prints and drawings with clean hands or wear gloves to avoid fingerprints and smudges.

Ceramic Pieces:

• To maintain the quality and finish of your ceramic items, gently clean them using soft cloth or sponge.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive materials, as they can damage the surface of the piece.
• Ceramic items are not microwave or dishwasher safe (unless otherwise specified). We recommended handwashing only, using lukewarm water and mild soap.
• For decorative pieces, please keep away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause fading or deterioration.
