Custom Special Occasion

1. Please submit a request using the request form below. Provide some special details about your vision to help with the design process. You can also upload a quality photo of the people you wish to capture to help me see their features.

2. Once I receive your request, I’ll review the information and contact you to confirm the details. We will discuss any specific ideas you have and ensure I have aligned to your vision. This is where you will receive a timeline estimate and price for your custom creation. At this stage, I will require a 20% deposit to secure your order.

3. After confirmation and deposit, the magic begins! I will handcraft, draw, or paint your custom piece with meticulous care.

4. Before the final touches are added, you’ll receive a preview of your custom piece. This is your chance to request any small adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.

5. Once you are happy with the design, your piece will be carefully finished, packaged with love, and shipped to your doorstep. We take pride in making sure that each piece is made to your vision and arrives safely and ready for display.

I aim to begin work on your piece within 2 business days of receiving your deposit. Typically, pieces are completed within 2-4 weeks from this start date, though this timeline may extend slightly during peak periods. If, for any reason, the timeline extends beyond this, I will inform you promptly.

Typically, completion of Portraits takes approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the materials used. Graphite drawings generally require less time to complete, while oil paintings, which offer a stunning finish, are created in layers, which may extend the production timeline.

Figurine Pieces will likely take around 1-3 weeks, depending on the size and detail of the piece. I will communicate with you through the process to ensure each figure has been created to align with your vision.

If you need your piece sooner, please let me know during the confirmation stage, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.

At Luna and Lamb Studios, we handmake, draw or paint, every custom piece to reflect the unique essence of your occasion. Therefore, whilst I strive for lifelike details, each creation serves as an artistic representation, rather than a perfect replica.

I finish my figurine pieces using a coating of glossy UV resin for durability and a beautiful finish. All paintings and drawings are varnished for a long-lasting lifespan and to ensure materials do not smudge. I use a satin finish, as this ensures a consistent look whether the piece is displayed in a low or high lit area.

Our creations make thoughtful gifts and will arrive beautifully packaged. You will have an option to include a card or personal note for an extra special touch.

How do I place a custom order?
To place an order, simply fill out the request form below. Once I receive your submission, I will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm the details and discuss your specific vision.

Will my Painting/Drawing look exactly like the photo I provide?  
I aim to create paintings and drawings that very closely resemble the picture you provide. However, each piece is an artistic representation, not an exact replica.  

Can I request changes to my design after placing my order?
Once your order is confirmed and deposit has been made, I will start creating your piece. Before placing finishing touches on the final piece, you will receive a preview of the design. This is your chance to suggest any adjustments. We want you to love your piece, so I will make revisions to make sure it meets your expectations.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you need your piece completed sooner, please let me know during the confirmation stage. Rush orders do incur an additional fee and I will confirm whether I can meet your timeline.

I want to incorporate a few photos into one. Is this possible?
Absolutely! For this process, I will provide you with a mock-up using photoshop after all images have been provided. Once you are happy with the arrangement, I will get to work creating your custom portrait.

What materials do you use for custom pieces?
All custom pieces are handmade use high-quality materials. For figurines, I use polymer clay and acrylic paint to refine every detail. These pieces are finished using UV resin. Portraits are created using either oil paints or pencil and on a canvas board or high-quality paper.

What if I’m not happy with my custom piece?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your creation. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your piece and I will work with you to find a solution.
