1. Submit a request using the request form below. Provide some special details about your vision to help with the design process. Provide details about the age of the child the piece is being created for, your colour palette or any other details you feel is important to the creation.
2. Once I receive your request, I’ll review the information and contact you to confirm the details. We will discuss any specific ideas you have and ensure I have aligned to your vision. This is where you will receive a timeline estimate and price for your custom creation. At this stage, I will require a 20% deposit to secure your order.
3. After confirmation and deposit, the magic begins! I will handcraft, draw, or paint your custom piece with meticulous care.
4. Before the final touches are added, you’ll receive a preview of your custom piece. This is your chance to request any small adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.
5. Once you are happy with the design, your piece will be carefully finished, packaged with love, and shipped to your doorstep. We take pride in making sure that each piece is made to your vision and arrives safely and ready for display.
Turnaround Time:
I aim to begin work on your piece within 2 business days of receiving your deposit. Typically, pieces are completed within 1-4 weeks from this start date, though this timeline may extend slightly during peak periods. If, for any reason, the timeline extends beyond this, I will inform you promptly.
Typically, completion of re-creation pieces takes approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the piece. The timeline will be extended for more extravagant changes.
Creation of new pieces will be completed within 2-4 weeks. Single pieces will have a shorter creation process. Design and creation of sets will take approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the number of pieces in your collection. A specific timeline will be provided to you during the design and confirmation stage.
If you need your piece sooner, please let me know during the confirmation stage, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that rush orders will incur an additional fee.
The Finished Piece:
At Luna and Lamb Studios, we hand-make, draw or paint, every custom piece to reflect the unique essence of your vision. Therefore, each creation serves as an artistic representation and specific style will be discussed during the design process.
I finish my figurine pieces using a coating of glossy UV resin for durability and a beautiful finish. All paintings and drawings are varnished for a long-lasting lifespan and to ensure materials do not smudge. I use a satin finish, as this ensures a consistent look whether the piece is displayed in a low or high lit area.
Our creations make thoughtful gifts and will arrive beautifully packaged. You will have an option to include a card or personal note for an extra special touch.

I have a vision for some prints with my 3 children. Can you create something like this? Absolutely! Designing pieces from scratch is our speciality. Simply provide the details of your children’s characteristics below and the vision you have for the print and I will be in touch to finalise your design.
Do you offer rush orders? Yes! If you need your piece completed sooner, please let me know during the confirmation stage. Rush orders do incur an additional fee and I will confirm whether I can meet your timeline.
I love your children’s bedroom prints, but want the character to look like my daughter. Can I do this? Definitely! Through the Custom re-creation option, you can provide details about the specific characterisation of your child and we can re-create our prints to suit your vision.
What materials do you use for custom pieces? All custom pieces are handmade use high quality materials. For figurines and keyrings, I use polymer clay and acrylic paint to refine every detail. These pieces are finished using UV resin. Portraits and prints are created using either oil paints, pencil or as a digital design and on a canvas board or high quality paper.
What if I’m not happy with my custom piece? We want you to be completely satisfied with your creation. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your piece and I will work with you to find a solution.
